Registering Your Wheelchair Adapted Vehicle (WAV) on Your LeShuttle Account

If your vehicle has been specifically modified as a Wheelchair Adapted Vehicle (WAV) — for example, to accommodate ramps, hoists, or large mobility devices — and is larger than a standard-sized car, you are welcome to register it on your LeShuttle account prior to booking. This will ensure you are not overcharged for your journey.

How to Register Your WAV

To register your vehicle as a WAV, please complete our contact form and provide supporting documentation. This may include:

• A confirmation of the adaptations from the vehicle manufacturer.
• A letter from the vehicle provider confirming the modifications made to your vehicle.

Once we receive and verify this information, we will update your account to reflect your mobility needs.

Please note:

• Your WAV must be registered with us prior to making your booking.
• We cannot refund any price difference retrospectively if the vehicle is not registered in advance.
