Do I have to bring my pet inside the Pet Reception?

This depends on which terminal you are travelling from. In Calais, our Pet Reception is drive-through, so you can complete pet check-in without leaving your vehicle. In Folkestone, pets must be brought inside the Pet Reception for their check-in process.
