The Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) is a new entry requirement that was introduced on 2 April 2025 for visitors to the UK who do not need a visa for short stays, including tourists, business travellers, and those transiting through the country. This digital authorisation is designed to enhance border security and streamline the entry process.
