I am a member of staff, friends of staff or a shareholder. Can I still collect Avios or redeem Avios vouchers?

No, staff and shareholders are not eligible to collect Avios. Bookings made using friends of staff discount are also unable to collect Avios points.

It is also not possible to redeem Avios vouchers for bookings made under staff, shareholder or friends of staff promotional fares.
