It won't accept my British Airways Club membership number to earn Avios?

The British Airways Club membership number, date of birth entered and the name on your Club LeShuttle account must match those stored on your Avios account. If your Avios account is blocked, locked or closed, you will not be able to earn Avios. 

What do I do if I enter the incorrect Avios membership number?

If you incorrectly enter your Avios number / personal details 3 times (on the Booking Confirmation page) you will need to visit the Avios Help Centre.
