Yes, all of your information is stored securely following industry standard best practices, and is transferred between you and us using HTTPS at all times.
Payment methods are securely sent/transferred to our payment gateway (Ingenico) to generate a secure token which we then store securely and use for future bookings. Your card information is stored in a PCI compliant external card vault provided by Ingenico. Eurotunnel Le Shuttle do not store your actual card details (name/number etc). You will still be required to enter the CVC number of a stored card when making a booking.
We encourage all customers with an account to enable Multi-Factor Authentication, and to set a Recovery Email Address for their account.
