Planning to travel with more than one vehicle? We’re here to help make the process smooth and straightforward. Whether you're booking a few vehicles or organizing a larger group trip, here’s everything you need to know:

Booking Multiple Vehicles Online

If you’re looking to book more than one vehicle to travel at the same time, this can easily be done through our website. However, please note that:

• Each vehicle must be booked separately, and bookings cannot be made under a single LeShuttle Members account.
• Each booking must be made as a guest booking in the name of the person traveling in the vehicle.

Booking 6 to 19 Vehicles

For groups requiring between 6 and 19 vehicles, our Customer Support Department may be able to assist. Please keep in mind:

• All vehicles in the booking must be the same category (e.g., all cars, all vans, etc.). We are unable to mix and match vehicle types.
• To check if we can assist with your booking, complete our Contact Form, selecting the option: Before you travel - Booking multiple vehicles.

Booking 20 or More Vehicles

For larger groups of 20 or more vehicles, a group booking may be an option. Here's what you need to know:

• As with smaller group bookings, all vehicles must be the same category. Mixing and matching vehicle types is not permitted.
• Some group bookings may qualify for a group discount, depending on the number of vehicles and the travel dates.
• To request a group quote, simply fill out our Contact Form, selecting the option: Before you travel - Booking multiple vehicles.
