Do I have to use the full voucher amount when I book?

If the value of the Avios-LeShuttle voucher is greater than the value of the booking, the remaining voucher value will be lost (the cost of the outbound ticket will be increased to use the entirety of the voucher value). No credit / refund will be issued on the unspent amount.
