How do I spend Avios?

To spend Avios, you must convert your Avios to a LeShuttle voucher at www.avios.com/spend-avios

The minimum voucher value is £5. Vouchers are available at www.avios.com/spend-avios in increments of £5 for amounts up to £50, then £10 increments for amounts up to £100, the £25 increments for amounts up to £500. The maximum single voucher value is £500. The maximum number of vouchers that can be issued in 1 day on the Avios site is 1 voucher. 

You must login to your Club LeShuttle account to be able to spend a voucher. If you don't already have a Club LeShuttle account create one at www.leshuttle.com/booking/account/create 

Once you have your voucher make your booking online at www.leshuttle.com and enter the voucher code in the payment section to redeem your voucher. You can redeem up to 10 vouchers during a booking. 

Once you have redeemed your Avios-LeShuttle voucher, it cannot be passed to somebody else. 

Avios-LeShuttle vouchers can be spent on:

• All ticket types including Flexiplus
• Accessories - including roof rack, roof box, bike rack, caravan, trailer

Avios-LeShuttle vouchers cannot be spent on:

• Insurance (Travel or Motor Breakdown cover)
• Pet travel (you can still book your vehicle using an Avios-LeShuttle voucher but the pet supplement must be paid with a Credit Card / Debit Card)
• Any creation or amendment fees
• Any payment on the day of travel (for example on the supplements, new tickets, accessories that haven't been pre-booked)
• Any promotional fares during sales periods
• Bookings made in conjunction with Tesco Clubcard Vouchers
