What happens if I arrive early? – Le Shuttle Support

We appreciate journey times can vary and that sometimes you may arrive earlier than planned. If you arrive before your booked departure, and you wish to travel earlier, we may be able to accommodate you on an earlier service, subject to your ticket type, availability at the time of arrival and payment of the applicable amendment fee and any fare difference. If instead you would like to allow yourself plenty of time on arrival, you can check in up to 4 hours before your departure however, early access to the terminal is subject to operational capacity and constraints at the time, and cannot be guaranteed. In such cases you may be asked to return to the terminal closer to your booked travel time. Please note that early access to the terminal does not automatically permit you to travel on an earlier service.

If you know in advance that you will arrive significantly earlier than planned, you may wish to amend your booking online to an earlier departure before arriving, if possible within the terms of your ticket. Alternatively, you may prefer to plan a stop near the terminal before checking in, in case we are unable to accommodate your early arrival.
